The No Limit concept is exclusive: the service on board and on land, and the culinary service are reserved for a clientele that requires the highest quality. Fish, lobsters and the dishes that come with them are made on the spot with fresh produce fished on the day. Tuesdays and Sundays. When in season (December to May), Tuesdays and Sundays are 100% creole: Dombrés (pasta balls cooked in sauce), ouassous (freshwater prawns) and grilled fish, flambéed bananas for dessert, all cooked with the utmost respect for the traditions!

Activity details

Meet up at the Saint-François Marina at 7:45 for a stress-free day. When do you set off?... As soon as the boat is ready and everyone is comfortable! Let your captain, Rudy, tell you the course of action, follow his instructions and you will not be disappointed. A day of discovery awaits you, discover the West Indies, the creole culture with a No Limit service. The crossing will be quick (just 25 minutes) and you will taste a meal that is always home-made, something which our professional fisherman takes great pride in.

Rudy

Once you have arrived, you can go stroll on the island by following the paths prepared especially by the ONF. You will discover all of the information regarding the local wildlife and plants there and you will be to admire the countless Lesser Antillean iguanas that populate the island. The visit is 1h to 1h30 long, but you can also take advantage of the lagoon with the masks and snorkels provided by No Limit. For environmental reasons regarding the impact of fins on the corals, Rudy prefers not to provide any, but you can still bring yours… The same applies for sunscreen, it’s always better if you have biodegradable sunscreen.

You will be served a local aperitif consisting of flavored rums and various alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks at 11:30. This will be followed by a grilled fish BBQ, pudding, rice, or gratin. You can have either chocolate bananas or pumpkin cake.

The afternoon is dedicated to farniente and free diving in the lagoon, unless you decide to go for a stroll on the beach to take full advantage of the heavenly landscapes that Petite Terre offers.

When do you come back? Just like on the way to Petite Terre, there is no stress, you will surely be the last ones to leave the island and you will really be able to share this complete peace when the sun starts to set. You will then be able to enjoy the sunset on the way back to Saint-François in the ocean waves and zouk music which Rudy knows all the secrets to. Simply magical!

At the end of the day, it’s a great stress-free day with a colorful and flavorsome service!
