Rules based on cancellation date

If you cancel an Icigo reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged by Icigo:

• If your cancellation is made at least 6 calendar days before scheduled departure or start time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If your cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure or the start time of the activity, your deposit will be cashed at 100%.
• If your cancellation is made between 2 and 6 days before the scheduled departure or the start time of the activity, a cancellation fee of 50% to 60% of your deposit will be charged, the balance will be returned to you.

When the provider cancels your reservation (force majeure, unfavorable weather, etc.) or is not able to provide the chosen activity on the date scheduled or at a later date that you can not 'Honor, we will refund the entire deposit on simple request by email, chat or sms.
