Private Catamaran Sailing Trip to Caret

Meet at 8.30 am for a dream day on your sailing catamaran. Once the sails are hoisted, set off for a day of total relaxation on the peaceful, crystal-clear waters of Grand-Cul-de-Sac-Marin. Your skipper and his hostess will be delighted to introduce you to the art of sailing if you’d like. Enjoy sunbathing at the bow of the boat, or the shaded benches at the stern for a light refreshment (coffee, tea, mineral water, fruit juice). After an hour’s sail, we’ll stop at a shipwreck to get a close-up view of the tropical fish. Then we’ll head for Îlet Caret for a swim and an aperitif on board, before continuing to the Îlet Fajou Nature Reserve for a meal featuring local specialities served on board: fish rillettes, smoked chicken, rice, plantains and ‘sauce chien’, with fresh fruit for dessert. Relax, go snorkelling on the coral reef or take a paddleboard trip – the choice is yours – before returning to the harbour at the end of the day via the mangrove swamp.
