L'expérience

An unforgettable tour of the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin lagoon aboard a superb motor catamaran carrying a maximum of 12 passengers. On the programme: exploration, relaxation and fun, with the added bonus of drinks on a floating bar and a hearty meal.

Discover the beauty of the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin on this motor catamaran – trips run every day. For departure, meet at 8.30 am at the Baie-Mahault marina, at the Emmanuel Aligenès (known as Mano) jetty. As soon as you set foot on this large motor catamaran, you’ll be well looked after to ensure your excursion is as comfortable as possible. A coffee awaits you on board – the perfect way to start a day full of excitement and activities. We’ll head for the Grande Rivière in Goyave and its mangrove forest. Upon arrival at this marine protected area, designated as the heart of a national park, a peaceful mangrove forest teeming with mangrove trees awaits you: a tranquil setting where you can recharge your batteries. Next, we head to the Coral Reef for a diving session full of surprising encounters with exceptional marine life. Those who aren’t keen on diving won’t be left out, as they can swim around the boat whilst waiting. Once these two stops are over, it’s time to take a breather and recharge your batteries. There’s nothing quite like a little aperitif at the islet of Petite Biche, with its shallow waters (you can touch the bottom as soon as you step off the boat). Here, we pull out all the stops for your enjoyment. So, enjoy an aperitif at a floating bar whilst watching numerous species of fish swimming amongst the mangrove roots. After the aperitif, you’ll feast on a hearty meal prepared and served on board, against the backdrop of a sea of rare beauty. On the menu:

  • Marlin rillettes
  • Fish skewers, rice, coconut milk sauce, served with a ‘sauce chien’.
  • Fresh seasonal fruit will be served with a coffee
  • Juice / water – ti-punch / planteur – rosé – coffee / tea

The day continues with a visit to a shipwreck in shallow water, home to a myriad of colourful fish. Then a stop for a swim at Ilet Caret. And on the way back, one final visit as the highlight of the day. You’ll have the chance to discover Christophe Islet, aptly nicknamed ‘Bird Islet’ due to the many species of birds that live there: pelicans, frigatebirds and egrets.

Taxi transfer available from Le Gosier: additional charge of €15 per person for a return journey

Super journée en famille avec Guillaume ! Une collation serait appréciée en matinée et un arrêt peut-être moins long à l’îlet Labiche, mais sinon tout était parfait. Merci beaucoup !
