Jet-skiing in Port Louis – Souffleur Beach

Six brand-new jet skis await you at their water sports centre in Port Louis for a day of guaranteed relaxation. Beginners will have no trouble getting to grips with this activity with the help of our trilingual, state-qualified instructors. There are a range of packages to choose from: introductory sessions, freestyle sessions, a tour of the mangrove swamp on the 45-minute package, or a trip along the coast towards the Fajou and Caret islets, or to the cliffs of Pointe de la Vigie and Porte d’enfer on 1- to 2-hour trips. Jet-ski sessions start at 10.00, when the sun is well and truly out, and don’t finish until 17.00. Several packages are available, suited to all tastes and budgets. Those looking for a quick adrenaline rush can opt for the 20- or 30-minute open-session package: the perfect opportunity to have fun doing freestyle or to hone your skills on these speed demons of the sea with our instructors. These packages are also ideal for those who want to try their hand at jet-skiing for the first time. As for the 45-minute mangrove tour, as well as the 1-hour and 2-hour packages, these will take you on a trip around Pointe de la Vigie or to various islets in the Grand Cul-de-sac Marin. Depending on your preferences and sea conditions, several itineraries are available: on the 1-hour session, head to Îlet aux Oiseaux (a peaceful ride through the Grand Cul-de-sac Marin) or Pointe de la Vigie (a more physically demanding route), or the mangrove forest with a visit to Îlet Macou, or head for Îlet Fajou via Îlet Macou. For a 2-hour session, head to Pointe de la Vigie, then on to Porte d’Enfer and Pointe Sable on the return journey, or set off for Îlet Caret and Îlet Fajou to explore the Grand Cul-de-sac Marin. Please arrive 30 minutes before your chosen start time. Anyone aged 16 or over may ride a jet-ski unaided; children aged 5 and over may ride as passengers. This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone who has recently undergone surgery.
