Experience a guaranteed change of scenery and set off on an adventure with our Land Rover tours, exploring both the interior and the coast. Three tour packages are available, taking you to La Soufrière, the tropical forests, the plantations, the rum distilleries and the beaches.
Flawless organisation
Land Rover Defender 4x4s, with a choice of 3 routes (Grande-Terre, North and South of Basse-Terre). Departure at 7.30 am from your accommodation, returning at 4.30 pm. Nature guides with over 25 years’ experience. Meals at local restaurants and tastings included.
Days filled with a variety of experiences
Tour 1 (Grande-Terre): limestone plains, sugar-growing heritage, a visit to the Damoiseau distillery, rum tasting, the wild coast, Anse-Bertrand, Pointe de la Grande Vigie, cliffs and a fine sandy beach.
Tour 2 (Northern Basse-Terre): fishing villages, magnificent beaches, the National Park’s tropical forest, waterfalls, lush flora and fauna, meetings with local farmers, Creole gardens and seasonal fruit.
Route 3 (Southern Basse-Terre): Volcanic Guadeloupe, banana and pineapple plantations, distilleries (Longueteau), the Soufrière volcano massif, views of Les Saintes, tropical forest, spectacular waterfalls and a natural hot spring at 39°C.
