Indeed, the very best sites have been hand-picked for your enjoyment, both at sea and on land. Departure from Saint-François for a 1 hour 15 minute to 1 hour 30 minute boat trip before docking at Saint-Louis, followed by a journey to Grand Bourg by bus and car. Enjoy a short walking tour of Grand Bourg before visiting the Habitation Murat (a former sugar plantation), a rum distillery and a battery syrup factory. You’ll also be able to enjoy the island’s magnificent coastline and take a souvenir photo on one of Marie Galante’s most beautiful beaches. At the end of the tour, around 12.30 pm, the crew will take you from the beach back to the boat so you can enjoy your five-star meal on board. You’ll then be invited to enjoy a festive aperitif featuring, amongst other things, marlin rillettes, smoked fish, black pudding or fish, ti-punch and planteur. This is followed by a carefully crafted menu of succulent Creole specialities, including fish. Once you’ve treated your taste buds, you can then spend the rest of the day swimming near the boat or enjoying various activities on the beach. To round off the programme, the return journey also offers the chance to explore the Îlet Vieux Fort, arriving in Saint-François at 5.15 pm. This day trip combines the best of Guadeloupe with the privilege of enjoying the luxury of a 15-metre catamaran.
