Your ticket will be sent to you by email once payment has been made. If you miss your shuttle, you may be rebooked onto the next one, subject to availability.
Presentation at the port
Please arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes before departure on the outward journey, and 15 minutes before on the return journey.
Identity document
Passengers may be asked to show proof of identity when boarding.
