An hour of aqua yoga on stand-up paddleboards in the lagoon of Guadeloupe. Practise Hatha yoga on floating mats, combining breathing exercises, simple poses and the movement of the waves, for a meditative experience in harmony with nature. No previous experience of yoga or paddleboarding is required; the sessions are suitable for all levels.
