The experience
Set off on an adventure to Les Saintes in the company of Terry, a local and former merchant navy officer from a family of fishermen. Meet at 7.00 am at Gosier Marina for a scheduled departure at 7.15 am.
At 8.30 am, you’ll arrive at Terre-de-Haut, where you’ll be free to explore the island at your leisure.
At midday, meet up with Terry for an aperitif followed by a meal at the foot of the Pain de Sucre: a selection of aperitifs, mixed rice, fried or gratinated plantains, grilled tuna skewers, and flambéed plantains.
In the afternoon, head to Terre-de-Bas to see the sea turtles. Return to Le Gosier, arriving at around 5.00 pm. Minimum of 8 passengers required; minimum age for children: 7 years.
