From 7.30 am, you’ll board Adams’ boat, which will take you safely to La Désirade. With this experienced fisherman at the helm, you’re in safe hands to discover La Désirade in all its splendour, at a Caribbean pace. You’ll spend an hour and a half exploring his home island and enjoy several exceptional viewpoints (beaches and panoramic views). Unusual plants and a few iguanas are also on the agenda. La Désirade was the first island sighted by Christopher Columbus in 1493 and is one of the oldest plateaus in the Caribbean. This large tabular rock is 145 million years old and dates back to the time of the dinosaurs! After touring La Désirade from east to west, followed by a well-deserved swim, an aperitif will be served on the beach. Rum, planteur, rosé, local juices, soft drinks… to start, followed by a home-cooked meal featuring the following dishes:
At around 3.30 pm, after this day of relaxation, it will be time to head back to Saint-François at 4.30 pm. Adams, who is particularly attentive and goes out of his way to look after his guests, will have played a major part in ensuring you have a memorable day on this unique island.

Très belle journée, capitaine compétent et sérieux. Très bon accueil avec un petit verre de planteur, découverte du village, plage , déjeuner copieux agrémenté d'un rhum, visite de l'île avec un chauffeur qui a raconté l'histoire de son île. Excellent à faire. Merci Adams
