A Getaway to Les Saintes – Sightseeing, Turtles & Pain de Sucre
The experience
At 07:30, you arrive at the Bas-du-Fort Marina, where your captain welcomes you with a cup of coffee. At 8.00 am, you’ll board the boat and set off for the Saintes archipelago.
You’ll reach Terre-de-Haut at around 9.00 am for two and a half hours of free time to explore the picturesque narrow streets.
At 11.30 am, we set sail for Terre-de-Bas for a Creole lunch served on board (tuna rillettes, raw vegetables, marinated chicken and Creole rice, homemade coconut flan), followed by a snorkelling session to spot sea turtles.
The boat will then take you back to Terre-de-Haut for a snorkelling session at Pain de Sucre, followed by a stop at Îlet à Cabrit (ruins of Fort Joséphine). Return to the Bas-du-Fort Marina at around 4.30 pm.
Children under 6 and pregnant women are not permitted. Minimum of 8 participants.
